Compass – Parent Portal

At Sherbrooke Community School, we use Compass as our central communication and learning management platform. Compass allows families to stay connected with the school and up to date with their child’s learning and school life.

Through Compass, parents and carers can:

• View attendance and approve absences

• Receive important school announcements and news

• Access student reports and learning tasks

• Book parent-teacher interviews

• Pay for events, excursions and fees

• Keep track of upcoming calendar dates

Compass is available as both a desktop site and mobile app, making it easy to stay in the loop—anytime, anywhere.

Compass is our school’s online portal for staying connected with your child’s learning, attendance, and school life. Follow these simple steps to get started!

1. Logging In for the First Time

• Go to https://sherbrookecs-vic.compass.education

• Enter your username and temporary password (provided by the school)

• On your first login, you’ll be prompted to:

  • Set a new password

  • Confirm your email address

2. Download the Compass App (optional but recommended)

• Search “Compass School Manager” in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)

• Select Sherbrooke Community School when prompted

• Log in using the same details as the desktop version
