As part of a Victorian Government initiative, families with eligible students can access the School Saving Bonus to help cover the costs of essential school items in 2025.

This bonus is designed to support families with the purchase of things like uniforms, books, and learning materials — helping every student start the school year with the tools they need to succeed.

Who is eligible?

• The bonus is automatically provided to eligible families — no application is required.

• Eligibility is based on Centrelink benefit status or a valid Health Care Card, similar to the CSEF criteria.

What does it cover?

The bonus can be used to assist with:

• Booklist orders through Campion

• Uniform items

• Learning supplies and equipment

What do families need to do?

Families who are eligible will have received an email from the school with information on:

• How to access the bonus

• Instructions for using it when ordering through Campion

• Next steps for applying the funds to other school-related purchases
