Book Week excursion to Immigration Museum

Wednesday, August 20th 2025, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Event information

Students will catch public transport to the Immigration Museum and explore the stories that are spread throughout the building. These stories will link to their English and Literacy lessons throughout Book Week.

The Immigration Museum provides social scripts for students on the autism spectrum to help them prepare for their visit.

A colour-coded printout of a sensory friendly map of Immigration Museum (PDF, 976KB) may also be useful.
